The same order, state by state
Pick something above and this fills in. It prices your exact order in every state we hold figures for, which is the part no national price list will tell you.

Why a calculator and not another table
A menu page answers what one dish costs. It does not answer what your evening costs, which is the question people have before they go out. Four steaks, two kids meals and a round of drinks is a number nobody publishes, because it depends entirely on what you order.
The state comparison is the part worth having. Texas Roadhouse restaurants set their own prices, so the same order is not the same money everywhere. We read 614 restaurants across 47 states to find out, and110 of the 139 items on this page carry a separate figure for each state. A site working from one national price list cannot produce this, which is why nobody else has.
Nothing here is estimated. An item with no published price or calorie count is left out of the relevant total rather than filled in with a guess, and the tool says so instead of quietly rounding.

Common questions
Browse 7 clear answers about common questions, organized for quick scanning.
How does this calculator work?
Pick what you would order and it adds up the typical price of each item. Then it prices the same order again in every state we hold figures for, so the identical meal shows up at its cheapest and its dearest. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
Where do the prices come from?
From Texas Roadhouse ordering pages read across 614 restaurants in 47 states. 110 of the 139 items carry a price for each state separately. The rest price at their typical figure, and the tool tells you when an item in your order has no state breakdown.
Why does the same order cost different amounts by state?
Texas Roadhouse restaurants set their own prices. Some items hold one price nationally and others move by several dollars. The calculator shows the spread for your exact order rather than for the menu as a whole, which is the only version of the figure worth having.
Does this include tax, tip or drinks?
No. It is the menu price of the food you picked. Tax varies by state and county, tip is yours to decide, and drinks are on the menu like anything else, so add them if you want them counted.
Are the calorie counts official?
They are the figures Texas Roadhouse publishes, and we hold them for 84 of the 139 items. An item with no published count adds nothing to the calorie total rather than being guessed at, and the tool says how many of your picks it has no count for.
Is this an official Texas Roadhouse tool?
No. This site is independent and not affiliated with Texas Roadhouse. Prices are a reference read from their ordering pages, not a quote, and your restaurant sets its own.
